These Terms govern use of our Website and related online Services. Construction, remodeling, repair, maintenance, improvement, and other project work may be governed by a separate estimate, proposal, service agreement, construction agreement, change order, or other written agreement as described below.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Website, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or acted in a manner that could harm the Company, other users, or third parties.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination of your access, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law and Disputes, will survive.

ACCESSIBILITY
We are committed to making the Website accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. If you experience difficulty accessing any content or feature on the Website, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below so that we can assist you and work to address the issue.

ESTIMATE AND PROJECT REQUESTS
Submitting an estimate request, contact form, project questionnaire, telephone inquiry, text message, social media inquiry, or other request does not by itself create a contract between you and the Company and does not obligate either party to proceed with a project.
Any preliminary pricing, estimates, schedules, or other information provided before completion of our evaluation may be based on information available at the time and may be subject to change.
Project pricing may depend on factors including site conditions, measurements, materials, labor requirements, project scope, customer selections, availability, permitting requirements, unforeseen conditions, and other circumstances relevant to the requested work.
A binding agreement to perform project work will arise only when the parties enter into an applicable written agreement, proposal, estimate, work authorization, or other document establishing the agreed scope and terms of the work.

PROJECT AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Construction, remodeling, repair, maintenance, improvement, and other project Services may be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, estimate, work authorization, or similar project document.
Those documents may establish terms including:
• scope of work;
• materials and specifications;
• project pricing;
• deposits and payment schedules;
• estimated schedules and completion periods;
• customer responsibilities;
• permits and inspections;
• change-order procedures;
• warranty terms;
• exclusions and limitations; and
• other project-specific conditions.
If a signed project or service agreement conflicts with these Website Terms regarding the actual performance of project work, the terms of the signed project or service agreement will control with respect to that project.

PAYMENTS
Payment requirements for construction or other project Services will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other project documentation.
Depending on the project, we may require deposits, progress payments, material payments, final payment, or other payment arrangements.
We may make third-party payment processors or financing providers available for certain transactions. Payment or financing services provided by third parties are also subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, submitting payment through the Website or a third-party payment service does not alter the terms of the applicable project agreement.

WARRANTIES
Any workmanship warranty provided by the Company will be described in the applicable project agreement, proposal, warranty document, or other written documentation provided for the project.
Manufacturer warranties applicable to products or materials may be subject to separate terms established by the manufacturer.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as creating a project warranty beyond a warranty expressly provided by the Company in writing.

MARKETING AND PORTFOLIO MATERIALS
Photographs, videos, testimonials, project descriptions, and other project information may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes when we have permission or another lawful basis to do so.
Where applicable, you may contact us to request that we discontinue future use of identifiable project information in our marketing materials, subject to materials already produced or distributed and any rights or obligations that otherwise apply.

SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
These SMS and Text Message Terms apply when you separately consent to receive text messages from 2V1F Construction.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages, you agree that we may send text messages to the mobile number you provided in accordance with the consent you gave us.
Messages may include communications concerning project inquiries, estimate requests, appointments, scheduling, project updates, customer service, and other communications related to Services you request from us.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the Services you request.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from us.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After submitting a valid opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request. We will process opt-out requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
For assistance, reply HELP to a message from us or contact us using the information provided in the Contact Us section below.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your wireless carrier, network availability, device compatibility, and other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and for notifying us if the mobile number associated with your consent changes.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers, telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, carriers, aggregators, subcontractors, and other operational providers as reasonably necessary to transmit, process, deliver, support, or administer our messaging program. Such operational use does not authorize those providers to use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Our collection, use, and protection of personal information associated with our messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://2v1f.com/privacy-policy).

We do not control independent third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Your use of the Website and our handling of personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy (https://2v1f.com/privacy-policy).
Please review the Privacy Policy for information regarding how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal information.

WEBSITE INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information on the Website. However, Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the specific conditions, requirements, pricing, availability, or scope of a particular project.
Project-specific information should be confirmed through the applicable estimate, proposal, service agreement, or other written project documentation.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
Nothing in this section limits any express warranty contained in a separate written project agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Liability relating to construction, remodeling, repair, maintenance, improvement, or other project work may be further addressed in the applicable written project or service agreement.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person through your use of the Website.
This provision does not alter any rights or obligations established in a separate written project agreement.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and matters arising from your use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you have a concern regarding the Website or our Services, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to address the matter.
Any dispute relating specifically to construction, remodeling, repair, maintenance, improvement, or other project work may be subject to additional dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable project or service agreement.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
When we make changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Website or another reasonable method where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website.
These Terms do not replace or modify a separate written estimate, proposal, construction agreement, service agreement, change order, warranty, or other project-specific agreement between you and the Company.

ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
The Company may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction.
