Last Updated: September 11, 2026
Thank you for visiting www.2V1F.com (the "Website"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the types of information 2V1F Construction (the "Company", "us", "we", or "our") may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Website and use the products, features, materials, and services we offer (collectively with the Website, the "Services"). This Policy also describes our policies and procedures for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Policy applies to information we collect on the Website, through your use of the Services, through forms and lead-generation tools, and through communications between you and the Company, including email, telephone calls, text messages, voicemail, video meetings, social media, and other electronic communications. This Policy also applies, to the extent required by applicable law, to personal information we collect about our subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, business contacts, and their representatives in connection with our business operations.
This Policy does not apply to information independently collected by third parties, including websites, services, platforms, and applications that you elect to access through or in connection with the Services, except as otherwise described in this Policy.
Please review this Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
This Policy was last revised on the date noted at the top of this page. We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
If we make material changes, we may post the updated Policy on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Website, email, or another reasonable method. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically for updates.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may receive several types of information about you from various sources, including:
(A) information that you voluntarily provide to us; (B) information collected automatically when you interact with the Website or Services; (C) information received from advertising, social media, analytics, service providers, or other third-party platforms; and (D) demographic, statistical, or aggregate information.

Personal Information. Information such as your name, mailing or service address, email address, telephone number, project address, and other information you provide through the Services.
Project and Service Information. Information regarding a construction, remodeling, repair, maintenance, improvement, estimate, or other project or service for which you contact us, including project descriptions, photographs, measurements, property information, preferred scheduling information, and other details necessary to evaluate or perform requested Services. With your consent, photographs and other project information may also be used as described in the Marketing and Portfolio Use of Project Information section below.
Forms and Requests. Information you provide when requesting an estimate, requesting service, submitting a contact form, completing a questionnaire, participating in a promotion, giveaway, or contest, requesting customer service, or otherwise communicating with us.
Correspondence and Communications. Records and copies of communications between you and us, including email messages, text messages, telephone calls, voicemail messages, social media communications, video meetings, and our responses.
Where permitted by applicable law and after providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by law, telephone calls, video meetings, or other communications may be recorded, monitored, or transcribed for documentation, training, quality assurance, customer service, dispute resolution, safety, or other legitimate business purposes.
Transaction Information. Information relating to purchases, estimates, invoices, payments, deposits, refunds, or other transactions involving our Services. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors. We may receive transaction status, billing, contact, or other related information from those providers without necessarily receiving or storing complete payment-card information ourselves. If you apply for financing in connection with a project, your application, which may include a Social Security number, government issued identification number, or other financial account information, is submitted directly to and processed by the third party lender you choose, in accordance with that lender's own privacy policy. We may receive limited information about the status of your application, such as approval or denial, and generally do not store your complete financing application or credit information on our own systems unless you provide it to us directly.
Search Queries. Information about searches or queries submitted through the Website or Services, if applicable.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
We may use technologies that automatically collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns when you interact with the Website or Services.
This information may include:
Activity Information. Details regarding your visits to the Website or Services, including pages or content viewed, features used, links clicked, referring pages, dates and times of visits, duration of activity, and other information regarding your interactions with the Website.
Equipment and Device Information. Information about the computer, mobile device, browser, or internet connection used to access the Website, which may include operating system, IP address, browser type, browser language, device type, and similar technical information.
Approximate Location Information. We may derive general geographic information, such as city, region, or approximate location, from information such as an IP address or information provided through third-party platforms. We do not represent that the Website routinely collects precise GPS location information unless a feature requiring such information is specifically provided and you authorize its use.
The gathering of this information may be used to maintain and improve the quality of the Services, understand how the Website is used, measure marketing effectiveness, prevent fraud or abuse, and provide general statistics regarding use of the Services.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
In the limited circumstances described in this Policy, such as when you apply for financing for a project, we may collect sensitive personal information, including a Social Security number, government issued identification number, or financial account information. Other than as described above, we do not seek to collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect precise geolocation information about you through the Website. Where we do collect sensitive personal information, we use it only for the purpose for which it was provided and do not use or disclose it for any purpose other than those permitted by applicable law. You may have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information as described in the State Privacy Rights section below.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with the Website and Services.
Cookies. A cookie is a small data file stored on your computer or device. Cookies may exist only for the duration of a browsing session or may remain on your device for a specified period. We may use cookies to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand Website usage, improve the Services, measure advertising performance, and provide a more useful experience.
Web Beacons and Pixels. Web beacons, pixels, clear GIFs, and similar technologies may be used on webpages, advertisements, or emails to measure visits, interactions, conversions, or marketing effectiveness.
JavaScript and Similar Technologies. Scripts and similar technologies may facilitate Website functionality, analytics, performance measurement, advertising, and other Website operations.
Local Storage and Caching Technologies. Browser storage, caching, and related technologies may be used to improve Website functionality, performance, or user experience.
Advertising Identifiers. Where applicable, advertising platforms or devices may use identifiers or similar technologies to measure advertising performance or provide advertising relevant to users.
Third parties that provide analytics, advertising, social media, communications, or other services may use their own cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
DEMOGRAPHIC AND AGGREGATE INFORMATION
We may collect or receive demographic, statistical, or aggregate information. Aggregate or de-identified information is information that does not reasonably identify a particular individual.
Such information may be used to understand our customers, service areas, Website traffic, advertising effectiveness, market trends, and business performance.
INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES
We may receive information about you from other sources when reasonably related to our Services.
These sources may include advertising platforms, social media networks, lead-generation forms, analytics providers, publicly available sources, business partners, service providers, referral sources, and other platforms through which you choose to interact with us.
For example, if you submit a lead form or communicate with us through Facebook, Instagram, Google, or another third-party platform, we may receive the information you choose to provide through that platform.
Information received from other sources may be combined with information we already maintain where reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide Services, improve our operations, measure advertising effectiveness, maintain records, or otherwise operate our business.
If we receive your name or contact information from a home improvement lead generation platform, referral partner, canvasser, or similar third party source, we rely on that source to have obtained any consent required for that source to share your information with us and for us to contact you. Regardless of how we obtained your contact information, we honor your requests to opt out of marketing communications and any applicable Do Not Call or Do Not Text request, as described in this Policy.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use information we collect about you to:
• provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
• respond to requests for estimates, consultations, information, or customer service;
• evaluate, schedule, manage, document, and perform construction, remodeling, repair, maintenance, and other projects or Services;

• respond to comments, questions, reviews, or inquiries;
• fulfill the purpose for which you provided the information;
• process or facilitate estimates, invoices, payments, deposits, refunds, or other transactions;
• maintain business and customer records;
• operate, maintain, improve, personalize, troubleshoot, and analyze the Website and Services;
• measure Website traffic, advertising performance, conversions, and marketing effectiveness;
• with your consent, use project photographs, addresses, and testimonials in our marketing materials, website portfolio, advertising, and social media, as described below;
• detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized activity, or other potentially unlawful conduct;
• carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from contracts or agreements between you and us, including billing and collection;
• develop and improve our Services, processes, marketing, customer experience, and business operations;
• conduct surveys, research, promotions, giveaways, or contests;
• send promotional communications where permitted by law and where any required consent has been obtained;
• comply with legal, regulatory, insurance, safety, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations;
• protect the rights, property, safety, and legitimate interests of the Company, our customers, employees, contractors, service providers, and others;
• use information in any other manner disclosed to you when the information is collected; and
• use information for another purpose with your consent.
MARKETING AND PORTFOLIO USE OF PROJECT INFORMATION
With your consent, we may use photographs, videos, project addresses, and testimonials from your project in our marketing materials, website portfolio, advertising, and social media. You may decline to have your project information used in this way, or withdraw a previous consent, at any time by contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below, and we will remove or refrain from using your project information in future marketing accordingly.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
If your phone number was provided to us by a referral partner, lead generation platform, canvasser, or similar third party source, please see the Information From Other Sources section above.
If you provide your mobile telephone number and separately consent to receive text messages from 2V1F Construction, we may send text messages relating to your project request, estimate, appointment, scheduling, project status, customer service, or other communications described when you provide consent.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the Services you request. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by any other reasonable method, including by telling us directly. You may reply HELP for assistance. We will honor a valid opt out request within the time required by applicable law.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from us unless otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law.
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers, telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, carriers, aggregators, subcontractors, or other vendors solely as necessary to provide and support our messaging program and other Services. Such operational disclosures are not authorization for those parties to use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or share personal information indiscriminately. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide the Services, fulfill your requests, comply with law, or protect legitimate interests.
Service Providers and Contractors. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisors, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other companies that perform services on our behalf or assist us in operating our business. These may include website hosting, CRM services, information technology, communications, email, text messaging, payment processing, accounting, scheduling, project management, analytics, advertising, document management, data storage, and other business-support services.
Construction and Project Participants. Where reasonably necessary to provide requested Services, information may be shared with employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, inspectors, permitting authorities, utilities, engineers, designers, consultants, or other persons involved in evaluating, estimating, scheduling, supplying, permitting, managing, or completing a project.
Business Transfers. If the Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, dissolution, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or other legal obligation.
Protection of Rights and Safety. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect or enforce the rights, property, safety, or legitimate interests of the Company, our customers, employees, contractors, service providers, or others; investigate fraud or unlawful activity; enforce agreements; or protect against security threats.
At Your Direction or With Your Consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, when reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you provide the information, or when you otherwise consent.
Advertising, Analytics, and Social Media Platforms. We may use third-party advertising, analytics, and social media services to advertise our business, measure campaign performance, understand Website usage, process lead forms, or communicate with prospective and existing customers. Information provided to or collected independently by those platforms may be governed by their respective privacy policies.
Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PLATFORMS
The Website and our business operations may use or integrate with third-party platforms and services. Depending on the tools currently in use, these may include the following categories.
Advertising and Social Media
We may use advertising and social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other providers to advertise our Services, receive leads, communicate with users, measure conversions, create audiences, and evaluate marketing performance.
These platforms may independently collect information through cookies, pixels, forms, account interactions, or similar technologies in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Analytics
We may use analytics services, including services such as Google Analytics, to understand Website traffic, Website performance, user interactions, and marketing effectiveness.
Analytics providers may collect usage information, device information, cookies, identifiers, and related technical data according to their own privacy practices.
Advertising Conversion Tracking and Remarketing
We may use advertising conversion tracking, pixels, remarketing, custom audiences, or similar tools provided by platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other advertising providers.
These technologies may help us understand whether advertising results in Website visits, inquiries, estimate requests, or other interactions and may allow us to advertise to audiences who previously interacted with our Website or business. See Your Choices below for information on opting out of this activity.
Tag Management
We may use tag-management services, including services such as Google Tag Manager, to manage analytics, advertising, or Website scripts.
Connecting Data and Automation
We may use workflow automation or integration services, including services such as Zapier or similar providers, to transfer information between business systems used to provide Services and operate our business.
Information processed through these systems may include information you submit through forms, customer contact information, project information, scheduling information, and other information necessary to operate applicable workflows.
Payment Processing
We may use third-party payment processors, including services such as Stripe or other payment providers, to facilitate payments.
Where payment processing is provided by a third party, payment information may be provided directly to the payment processor and handled according to that provider's privacy policy and security practices. We may receive information concerning the status or details of a transaction without receiving or retaining complete payment-card information ourselves.
Managing Contacts and Sending Communications
We may use third-party communications, CRM, email, telephone, and messaging providers to manage customer information and communicate with prospective and existing customers.
These providers may process information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message content, delivery information, call information, and engagement information as necessary to provide the applicable service. Such providers may include email delivery services, telephone or messaging infrastructure providers such as Twilio, CRM or customer communication platforms, and similar business-service providers. Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent provided to us will not be provided to such vendors for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
YOUR CHOICES
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Most web browsers allow users to control certain cookies through browser settings. Depending on your browser, you may be able to reject, block, delete, or receive notice regarding cookies.
Disabling certain cookies or technologies may affect the availability or functionality of portions of the Website.
Promotional Email Communications
If you receive promotional emails from us, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the email or by contacting us.
Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may continue sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary for an existing customer relationship, project, transaction, estimate, appointment, legal obligation, or customer-service matter.
Text Message Communications
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by any other reasonable method, including by contacting us directly. For assistance, reply HELP. We will honor a valid opt out request within the time required by applicable law.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through other lawful methods when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, perform Services, administer an existing project or transaction, or comply with legal obligations.
Advertising Preferences
Third-party advertising platforms may provide mechanisms that allow you to manage personalized advertising or tracking preferences. Those controls are provided and administered by the applicable third party.
Opting Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information and Targeted Advertising
Some of the advertising and analytics technologies described in this Policy, including advertising conversion tracking, remarketing, and custom audience tools, may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws, or "targeted advertising" under other state laws. You have the right to opt out of this activity.
You may exercise this right by contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below and asking to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or, where available, through any privacy preference tool we make available on the Website. Where required by applicable law, we also honor the Global Privacy Control and similar browser based opt out signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.
Do Not Track and Privacy Signals
Some browsers or devices provide a general "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them. This is separate from the Global Privacy Control signal described above, which we do honor as an opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising where required by applicable law.
ACCESSING, CORRECTING, OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us, subject to applicable law and legitimate business or legal requirements.
We may retain information where reasonably necessary to complete transactions, perform or document Services, maintain warranty or project records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain appropriate business records, or exercise or defend legal claims.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a privacy request.
STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you reside, you may have rights regarding your personal information under applicable state privacy laws. Where these laws apply to you, you may have the right to:
• know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been disclosed;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete personal information we have collected from or about you, subject to certain exceptions;
• obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of the use of your personal information for targeted advertising;
• limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information; and
• not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We may ask you to provide information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before processing your request, and, if you are unable to submit a request yourself, we may allow an authorized agent to do so on your behalf, subject to verification.
We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within forty five days, which we may extend once by an additional forty five days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you of the extension and the reason for it.
If we deny your request, in whole or in part, we will explain the reason for our decision, and, where applicable law provides a right to appeal, we will explain how to submit an appeal. If your appeal is denied, applicable law may allow you to contact your state Attorney General or another applicable regulator.
These rights, and this Policy generally, extend, to the extent required by applicable state law, to personal information we collect about employees, job applicants, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other business contacts, and not only to customers and Website visitors.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
Information may be maintained through service providers that use security measures appropriate to the nature of the services they provide.
When payment or other sensitive information is transmitted through third-party platforms, those providers may use encryption and other security technologies to protect the information.
However, no method of transmission over the internet, electronic storage system, network, or security procedure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.
DATA RETENTION
We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide Services, maintain customer and project records, administer warranties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, or regulatory obligations, or otherwise operate our business.
For project related records, including contracts, estimates, project photographs, and communications, we generally retain this information for the duration of any applicable warranty period and for the period established by the statute of repose or statute of limitations applicable to construction related claims in the state where the project is located, which may range from approximately six to twelve years, or longer, after substantial completion of a project, depending on the state. We retain other categories of personal information for shorter periods where this longer retention period is not necessary for these purposes or required by law.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Website and Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Website or Services may contain links to websites, social media platforms, payment providers, or other services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third-party websites or services. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information to them.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you choose to visit or use the Services, your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms & Conditions (https://2v1f.com/terms-and-conditions) and applicable law.
COOKIE POLICY
The Website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in this Policy. Additional information regarding our use of cookies or tracking technologies may be made available through the Website or our privacy controls, if applicable.
